Your new age cap-dev partner

Every organisation can buy the same tools. What differs is how well people think, communicate and lead around them.

Articulex is your research-led capability development partner. We design programmes around your business challenges, strengthen the thinking behind workplace behaviour, and track how people apply what they learn.

Communication · Leadership · AI readiness · Workflow automation

The value proposition

Training built around the work you need to improve.

A communication problem may begin with unclear thinking. A leadership problem may begin with an untested assumption. An AI mistake may begin with misplaced confidence. We develop the thinking behind the skill.

  • 01

    Built around your business

Your roles, work samples and performance priorities shape the programme.

  • 02

    Grounded in thinking and behaviour

We develop the judgment, self-awareness and habits behind effective performance.

  • 03

    Designed for application

Practice, workplace assignments and manager follow-up connect learning to everyday work.

  • 04

    Measured against agreed outcomes

You know what we are trying to improve and what evidence we will collect.

How the work happens

Research → Diagnose → Practise → Measure.

The operating model behind every engagement. 70% practice, 30% framework.

Step 01

Design around your work

Your roles, work samples and performance priorities shape the programme.

Step 02

Prototype early with SAM

We use SAM to prototype the learning experience and refine it with your stakeholders.

Step 03

70% practice. 30% framework.

Participants attempt the work, receive feedback and try again. The framework supports the task.

Step 04

Measure what changed

Baseline, follow-up evidence, progress and remaining gaps — on a concise client dashboard.

Selected work

Selected capability builds.

A look at the workplace problems, capability focus and learning design behind selected engagements.

Illustrative pilot

A pilot for first-time managers

Challenge
Feedback and delegation conversations leave employees unclear about what to do next.
Capability focus
Give feedback using specific observations · Agree an actionable next step · Delegate with clear expectations and follow-up.
Intervention design
One cohort, three practice sessions, six-week follow-up. Baseline → Practice sessions → Workplace application → Follow-up.
Problem pattern · Communication

Client updates with information but no clear recommendation

Challenge
Updates contain information but no clear recommendation, leaving decisions unmade.
Capability focus
Explain the issue, recommend an action and make the decision required explicit.
Intervention design
Practice built around real anonymised update scenarios with facilitator feedback.
Problem pattern · AI readiness

Employees accept convincing AI outputs without checking them

Challenge
Teams rely on AI outputs without evaluating accuracy, uncertainty or review responsibility.
Capability focus
Verify important claims, identify uncertainty and decide when human review is necessary.
Intervention design
Scenario-based practice using real work tasks, with explicit review criteria.

About

A decade inside real learning rooms.

I’m Jasmeen Kaur. My work sits at the intersection of research, learning design and live facilitation. Over the past decade, I have worked across enterprises, educational institutions and early-career programmes — studying what helps people move from knowing a framework to using it when the room becomes difficult.

Articulex is the human capability practice built from that work.
